Enhancing an existing tool, especially an internal one, is always a challenge. Users are often set in their habits, and the risk of oversimplification is ever-present.

In this first release, our goal was to equip fraud teams with concise, relevant information so they can quickly assess the severity of a case, review input from colleagues, and take the necessary next steps within seconds.

Given that fraud officers handle multiple cases simultaneously, our primary challenge was delivering key insights at a glance, while designing a cleaner, more spacious UI that allows the interface to breathe.
